Privacy policy
FaTone complies with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. This policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal data.
Data we collect
On sign-in we collect your email address and account identifiers. When you use design or preview features, we store design choices, recipes, bouquet images, and usage records used to prevent abuse and control cost (not ad tracking). We also collect anonymous product analytics (for example design, generate, and share flows), linked only to an internal account id — we do not send email, phone, name, or raw IP to the analytics service. Session replay (when enabled) masks form inputs and form text and is sampled; share-receiver pages are not recorded. We do not collect payment card data.
How we use data
We use data to provide accounts and bouquet previews, prevent abuse, control generation cost, and improve the product. Product analytics may be processed by a provider with servers overseas (United States). We do not sell personal data. Analytics data is typically retained about one year.
Deletion
To delete your account, related personal data, or analytics records linked to your account, contact us using the details below. We will handle requests within a reasonable time, except where the law requires retention. Usage counters that keep the service reliable (with no personal identifiers) still run.
